Every year, about 250millions tons of waste plastics were discarded in the world.There were plenty of hardships to recycle waste plastics due to the degradation in consequence of multiple factors in the using process(such as light,heat,oxygen,microorganisms etc.), Modification is an important method to achieve effective recycling of waste plastics. There are some method to modify the waste plastics. The extuder machine plays an important role on this processing.

Steps of recycling granulation 
1.Seperate the plastics according the kind and place them to different containers.
2.Compressed,chopped or milled the classified plastics,make them to be film or fragments.
3.Wash them to remove the dirt.
4.Dry them

5.Melt the cleaned film or fragments and pelletizing them to recycled plastics
